Prior to forming his own law offices, Mr. Rubenstein was an associate member of the prestigious international law firms: Fried, Frank, Harris Shriver & Jacobson, LLP in Washington, D.C. and Greenberg Traurig, LLP in Orange County, California. He also worked for a local office of another international law firm in Orange County, California. John currently utilizes his big firm training to aggressively represent individuals and small businesses.

Mr. Rubenstein is the author of "Merger & Acquisition Fairness Opinions: A Critical Look at Judicial Extensions of Liability to Investment Banks," which was published as a note in The Georgetown Law Journal. He is also the author of "Considering A PIPE? Companies Must Now Be More Diligent Than Ever In Negotiation A PIPE," which was published in the Orange County Business Journal.

Mr. Rubenstein received a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania and a J.D. from the Georgetown University Law Center where he was a Note Editor of The Georgetown Law Journal, Georgetown's Law Review.

Mr. Rubenstein is a member of the Bars of the State of California and the District of Columbia and is also admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the United States District Court for the Southern and Central Districts. He is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association, the American Immigration Lawyer's Association, the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys and the Orange County Bankruptcy Forum.
